Job Summary
Providing technical support to local and field users, the full-time IT Support Specialist will manage the deployment, repair, and troubleshooting of various devices including Windows desktops, mobile devices, and networking equipment in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and log incoming service requests, providing technical support for users both on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot internet and network issues, coordinating with service providers and internal teams for prompt resolution
- Assist with hardware and software rollout projects, ensuring minimal downtime for users during deployments
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in an IT-related field preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant support role experience
- Familiarity with IT Service Manager (ITSM) and experience with Fresh Service preferred
- Support experience with Microsoft Office 365, Autodesk products, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing user accounts and devices in Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Active Directory
