Job Summary

Supporting student-facing systems, the remote IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 2 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage escalated tickets while collaborating with technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for student-facing systems, resolving escalated issues efficiently
  • Troubleshoot complex problems related to account access, application errors, and system functionality
  • Collaborate with technical teams to document issues, validate fixes, and support software releases
Required qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of help desk or application support experience in a higher education or similar environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and escalation management
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English) are a major bonus
