Job Summary
To support a dynamic IT team, the fully remote IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across various systems, including Microsoft 365 and point-of-sale systems, while managing IT support tickets and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across corporate and spa locations
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of the ITSM ticketing platform and maintain IT documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of IT support, service desk, or technical support experience
- Experience supporting multi-location environments preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL preferred
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation or provide after-hours support
- Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
