Job Summary

To support a dynamic IT team, the fully remote IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across various systems, including Microsoft 365 and point-of-sale systems, while managing IT support tickets and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across corporate and spa locations
  • Contribute to the optimization and automation of the ITSM ticketing platform and maintain IT documentation
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support, service desk, or technical support experience
  • Experience supporting multi-location environments preferred
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL preferred
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation or provide after-hours support
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
