Job Summary

Supporting a global team remotely, the full-time IT Support Specialist will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of all IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly via the helpdesk system
  • Manage, design, implement, and support software systems used by staff
  • Implement and monitor security measures and network systems to protect data and networks from cyber threats
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
  • Proficiency in endpoint, network, and system administration
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience working in a tech start-up/scale-up or SaaS environment
  • Fluent in English
