Job Summary

Providing first-line technical support, the full-time IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems involving desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
