Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time IT Support Specialist will assist with everyday tech issues and manage administrative tasks related to cybersecurity compliance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize evidence for security audits, including screenshots and system logs
• Update and format System Security Plans (SSPs) and IT policy manuals
• Track mandatory cybersecurity training completion for employees to ensure compliance

• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for organization and spreadsheets
• Strong writing skills for clear communication and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
