Job Summary

Providing high-quality technical and functional support for research administration systems, the full-time IT Support Specialist will serve as a key contact for faculty and staff, managing support requests, troubleshooting issues, and performing data analysis both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive support for research administration systems and manage troubleshooting requests through ServiceNow
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from enterprise systems to assist users with reporting and data inquiries
  • Analyze business processes and develop documentation to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in technical support or related technology services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume support environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of helpdesk operations and customer support best practices
