Job Summary

Delivering high-quality technical support, the full-time IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining IT documentation in a remote environment with occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers exceptional end-user experience through clear communication and responsive follow-through
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical issues via remote troubleshooting and manages clean hand-offs to Tier 3 support
  • Executes employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including software provisioning and equipment delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, including Active Directory and Azure
  • Experience with desktop imaging methodologies and endpoint management tools
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and scripting languages is a plus
