Job Summary
To support a dynamic and rapidly growing hybrid environment, the remote IT Support Specialist will manage corporate IT systems, provide Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, and oversee application management while ensuring data security.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate IT systems and applications within the organization
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues in a remote setting
- Ensure data security through the enforcement of MFA and SSO, and support audio/video issues using Zoom
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
- Proven ability to manage IT systems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Workspace Enterprise Plus and Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
- Knowledge of security applications for macOS devices and understanding of HIPAA regulations is preferred
- Expert level experience with iOS and macOS, along with knowledge of Microsoft Windows devices
