Job Summary

Providing technical support and assistance, the full-time IT Support Specialist will manage IT tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain client servers in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Track and update support instances using ticket-tracking software while ensuring timely resolution of client technical issues
  • Administer and maintain client servers, and troubleshoot common IT problems including hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to end users effectively while meeting service level agreement (SLA) goals
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • One or more years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred, with strong knowledge of computer hardware
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Business Technologies
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN networks and network equipment, particularly Cisco
