Job Summary
Supporting retail locations and internal teams, the part-time IT Support Specialist (POS) will diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a mostly remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and POS issues at retail locations
- Monitor network performance and document support activities, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Assist with hardware deployments and software installations, guiding field technicians when needed
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise networks, LANs, and end users across multiple locations
- Knowledge of network components such as routers, switches, gateways, and Wi-Fi equipment
- Proficiency with POS devices and troubleshooting related issues
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system and supporting hardware/software deployments
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, with occasional travel to HQ
