IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Relationship Manager overseeing the IT portfolio for the Department of Health, Health Preparedness and Community Protection Deputate
• Coordinate with multiple bureaus to gather and analyze facts, evaluate data, and develop recommendations related to IT needs
• Review IT services for compliance with federal and state requirements and propose changes to current IT policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Occasional reporting in-person to the office
• Experience in analyzing and presenting data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Experience with government grant funding preferred
• Experience in preparing and interpreting SAP data
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
