Job Summary
Experienced IT professionals will find a remote opportunity as an IT Support Specialist II, responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing advanced technical support, and guiding junior team members while collaborating with other teams to enhance IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, serving as an escalation point for complex hardware and software issues
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including user account management and access control

Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role
- In-depth understanding of hardware, software, and IT environments
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows environments
- Knowledge of administering IT infrastructure, including Okta and Google Workspace
