Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist - L3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution for complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
- Administer and optimize Jira Software and Jira Service Management, managing projects, workflows, and user access
- Identify process improvements and maintain documentation for support operations, contributing to ITSM process development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior IT support role
- Expert-level Jira administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS) and identity systems (Active Directory, Okta)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus
