Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: IT Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting synchronous and asynchronous sessions for learners in the IT Support training program
- Providing office hours, grading deliverables, and collaborating with instructors to enhance the learner experience
- Managing learner progress, answering questions, and contributing to course design improvements
Required Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certified
- Experience in IT Support with technical skills in troubleshooting, networking, and ticket systems
- Empathy, flexibility, and patience in working with diverse learners new to IT Support content
- Prior teaching experience with adult learners is a plus
