IT Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to maintain its IT infrastructure and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and resolve employee equipment issues
• Maintain and deploy scripts via MDM, automating processes to enhance IT issue resolution
• Set up new accounts and hardware for new employees, and manage support tickets related to hardware and software issues

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician, focusing on end-user support
• Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Hexnode, Jamf, or Intune
• Ability to work until 5:00 PM US Pacific Time
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
