Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician I/II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via various communication channels for IT products and services
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of IT-related products, including hardware and software systems
  • Document service requests accurately and participate in team meetings and special projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools, with advanced skills in specialized areas
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and lead small projects
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is preferred
  • IT certifications (i.e. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
