Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician I/II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via various communication channels for IT products and services
- Troubleshoot a wide range of IT-related products, including hardware and software systems
- Document service requests accurately and participate in team meetings and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
- Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools, with advanced skills in specialized areas
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead small projects
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is preferred
- IT certifications (i.e. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
