Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise IT Tech I to provide remote IT support for staff and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support, ensuring timely and effective solutions for staff and executives
- Monitor and resolve IT support requests through the internal ticketing system and escalate as needed
- Support administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Teams Voice, while contributing to IT documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a support technician role, with both on-site and remote support responsibilities
- Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
