Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise IT Tech I to provide remote IT support for staff and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote IT support, ensuring timely and effective solutions for staff and executives
  • Monitor and resolve IT support requests through the internal ticketing system and escalate as needed
  • Support administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Teams Voice, while contributing to IT documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a support technician role, with both on-site and remote support responsibilities
  • Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
