Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required, or a combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience providing IT support to an organization
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Experience providing technical support and solutions to customers
• Ability to think critically about problems and solve them independently
