Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove technical support for executives and manage hardware lifecycle processes
- Deliver Level 1 technical support for workstations and mobile devices while troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with the IT Support team to enhance service delivery and assist with user onboarding/offboarding
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a service desk role
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with user account provisioning and fundamental networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
- Relevant certifications such as A+, ITF+, or similar are advantageous but not mandatory
