Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove technical support for executives and manage hardware lifecycle processes
  • Deliver Level 1 technical support for workstations and mobile devices while troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with the IT Support team to enhance service delivery and assist with user onboarding/offboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a service desk role
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with user account provisioning and fundamental networking concepts
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, ITF+, or similar are advantageous but not mandatory
