Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support & Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users on Windows and macOS devices
  • Monitor IT service desk/ticket queues for timely response and accurate documentation
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and macOS workstations
  • Experience using a ticketing system for tracking support requests
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Ability to manage a small hardware inventory and maintain organized records
