Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support & Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users on Windows and macOS devices
- Monitor IT service desk/ticket queues for timely response and accurate documentation
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and macOS workstations
- Experience using a ticketing system for tracking support requests
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Ability to manage a small hardware inventory and maintain organized records
