Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician responsible for overseeing helpdesk operations and resolving IT issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming tickets or emails regarding desktop and system questions, resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex desktop problems for end-users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions
  • Provide end-user support for various software and ensure proper setup and functioning of IT equipment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related IT fields and 2 years' experience in a related IT field
  • Advanced technical knowledge of computing environments and operating systems
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
  • Ability to research PC issues and products as required
