Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician responsible for overseeing helpdesk operations and resolving IT issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming tickets or emails regarding desktop and system questions, resolving problems in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex desktop problems for end-users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions
- Provide end-user support for various software and ensure proper setup and functioning of IT equipment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related IT fields and 2 years' experience in a related IT field
- Advanced technical knowledge of computing environments and operating systems
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
- Ability to research PC issues and products as required
