Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to support troubleshooting and coaching in technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1-2 tier support for enterprise hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and manage team tickets, routing unresolved issues to appropriate support groups
- Coach Service Desk technicians and assist in daily operations and project management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in operational tasks
- High School degree or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
