Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide reliable technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 90 employees, managing 30-80 monthly support requests
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and equipment setup
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk operations
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience managing user accounts and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce
