Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure IT systems, including onboarding and deprovisioning accounts for various platforms
• Provide front-line troubleshooting and support for IT systems and hardware issues
• Monitor support requests and proactively identify solutions to improve IT efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Workspace, Office 365, or similar cloud-hosted productivity suites
• Diagnostic mindset with a focus on customer service
• Ability to pass a police background check
• Experience with IT project management and implementation
• Familiarity with modern IT systems and tools
