Job Summary

IT Support Technician, seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a contract position providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for end users in a high-volume enterprise environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk environments
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows 11
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals including IP addressing and DNS
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts including MFA and phishing awareness
