Job Summary

Providing first-line technical support, the full-time IT Support Technician will troubleshoot end user issues related to computers, printers, and applications, while maintaining effective communication through a ticketing system.

Key responsibilities
  • Install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and components
  • Provide phone technical support and onsite assistance to clients as needed
  • Maintain real-time updates on ticket statuses and service calls to management
Required qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ Certification required
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
