Job Summary
Providing first-line technical support, the full-time IT Support Technician will troubleshoot end user issues related to computers, printers, and applications, while maintaining effective communication through a ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and components
- Provide phone technical support and onsite assistance to clients as needed
- Maintain real-time updates on ticket statuses and service calls to management
Required qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
