IT Support Technician

Job Summary

Providing remote technical support for a small office, the part-time IT Support Technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 (Office 365) issues
• Administer basic user account management within Active Directory

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support or Help Desk experience
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, printers, and Wi-Fi
• Ability to work independently in a remote support environment
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
