Job Summary

To support a growing cloud-focused IT services provider, the full-time IT Support Technician III will assist end users through remote sessions, manage escalated support tickets, and lead technical client interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a technical leader in client-facing calls and coordinate efforts between department leaders
  • Ensure escalated tickets have a resolution plan and implement proactive solutions to avoid future client impact
  • Manage internal and client systems improvements while collaborating on technical automation initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and common business technologies
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them effectively to end users
  • Dedicated working environment with a stable internet connection for remote work
