Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Access, Automation, and System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage User Account Management (UAM) tickets and tasks, including provisioning access and troubleshooting user issues
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Global Service Desk (GSD), ensuring platform stability and efficiency
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across assigned applications and IT service management processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- ITIL Foundation certification required; advanced certifications are a plus
- 3-5 years of experience supporting or administering enterprise-level ITSM platforms, with at least 2 years in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar tools
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and experience in managing incidents and requests in a global IT environment
- Experience supporting regulated environments and familiarity with reporting and analytics within an ITSM platform
