IT System Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the internal IT environment infrastructure, the contract IT System Administrator will manage service requests, ensure day-to-day operations, and perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows-based applications and network issues, with some remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service requests, incidents, and problems through a ticketing system
• Ensure the day-to-day operations of the internal IT infrastructure
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows-based applications and network systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• One to two years of systems administration experience
• Experience managing Azure VMs and working in the Azure portal
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft IT infrastructure standards
• Familiarity with O365 portal and Microsoft Entra ID
