IT System Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive IT System Administrator with expertise in AI tooling, the full-time remote position will manage and maintain AI infrastructure, support traditional IT systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI tool adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain MCP servers, enabling AI features within existing SaaS platforms, and manage AI agent infrastructure
• Support the deployment and lifecycle management of AI solutions while documenting all integrations and processes
• Act as an escalation point for complex ITSM issues and collaborate with teams to improve onboarding and lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems as a system administrator
• Hands-on experience with MCP server management and AI feature configuration in enterprise SaaS tools
• Familiarity with scripting and automation technologies, particularly in Python and/or Bash
• Experience with API-based integrations and managing service accounts
• Ability to work in a Kanban-style environment and mentor IT support staff on ITSM practices
