IT System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT System Engineer I to resolve complex technical issues and support client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and change requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot issues across various applications, networking, and peripherals
• Complete technical administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting and client communication

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years relevant technical experience or 1 year experience in Service Technician I or II
• Experience managing Windows Service, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, and related technologies
• CompTIA Network/A+, Microsoft 365, or Azure certifications are highly desired
• Understanding of security posture and recommendations for hardware and software improvements
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as required
