IT Systems Administration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT System Administrator Lead to provide technical leadership across IT infrastructure and systems operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 3 systems administration and engineering efforts, providing guidance and direction to the team
• Own and execute strategy for AWS, Microsoft 365, and core systems infrastructure
• Oversee prioritization and resolution of complex technical issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration and infrastructure engineering
• Strong AWS administration experience, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch
• Proven leadership experience in a senior, lead, or architect-level infrastructure role
• Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications are strongly preferred
