Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator I who will provide technical support and maintain core systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on Tier 2 IT support and resolve complex technical issues
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot core systems for secure daily operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to support system integrations and process improvements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support
Familiarity with backend IT systems/tools such as Okta, LDAP, and Google Workspace
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency escalations
Ability to work in PT time zone and travel to offices as needed
