Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain core technology systems in a SaaS-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 and manage identity and access through Okta
Oversee Google Cloud Platform operations and provide AWS operational administration
Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for advanced IT issues and participate in IT projects

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in systems or SaaS/cloud administration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar environments
Experience administering Okta or another identity management platform
Experience with Intune or MaaS360 for endpoint management
