Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure core SaaS platforms, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Oversee incident lifecycle management for technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution
• Orchestrate access management throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring secure transitions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and SaaS management
• Proven expertise in network administration, software administration, and platform integrations
• Experience managing identity provider (IdP) platforms and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with virtual infrastructure technologies
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing incidents and requests efficiently
