IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator I to manage and support its IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems, including endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS applications
• Configure and manage VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access for employees
• Administer and customize Jira, Google Workspace, and Okta for identity and access management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, and Okta administration
• Experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management
• Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus
