IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To maintain internal IT operations, the full-time remote IT Systems Administrator will manage endpoint compliance, automate repetitive tasks, and oversee identity and SaaS access while collaborating closely with a fast-moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage macOS and Windows endpoint compliance using Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Automate endpoint actions through Bash and PowerShell scripts in Automox
• Administer identity and SaaS access across platforms like Google Workspace and Atlassian

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in a cloud-first SaaS environment
• Hands-on scripting and automation experience in PowerShell, Bash, and Python
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune
• Experience with cloud access and IAM in AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of identity and SaaS platforms, along with workflow automation tools
