IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the stability, scalability, and security of the organization's technology infrastructure, the full-time remote IT Systems Administrator will design, configure, and manage key IT systems, including identity management, endpoint security, and cloud platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer identity platforms and automate user lifecycle management processes
• Maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and security

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience with IdP/SSO concepts and platform administration (Okta)
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) and automation tools
• Functional understanding of security principles and networking concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and version control (Git)
