IT Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To ensure a secure and reliable technology environment, the remote IT Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day system administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and configure laptops and equipment for new employees, managing IT-related onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Troubleshoot and provide first-line support for Windows, VPN, connectivity, and hardware issues
- Assist with system maintenance, security, backups, and compliance-related IT activities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Experience with PCI compliance preferred
