IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Overseeing and securing the organization's hybrid IT infrastructure, the full-time IT Systems Administrator will manage SaaS applications, on-premises data centers, and enterprise networks while providing Tier 2/3 support and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer various third-party applications and SaaS solutions, including Atlassian, Google Workspace, and MS365
• Manage Windows Server Environment technologies, including Active Directory and DNS, while ensuring infrastructure security and client authentication
• Build and monitor on-premise data center environments, integrating SaaS solutions with cloud-based identity and access management systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT systems administration and systems engineering experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Powershell, BASH, or Python for task automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity management through Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with networking technologies, server administration, and virtualization
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
