Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT to provide technical solutions and ensure requirements are translated into specifications
Conduct systems analysis, evaluation, and code analysis to ensure system integrity and performance
Collaborate with teams to develop project plans, assist in user acceptance testing, and identify areas for improvement in application delivery

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of related work experience
Working knowledge of information systems and operational systems in a corporate environment
Proficiency in SQL Server and ability to conduct SQL queries
Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling software solutions desired
