IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, support, and implement software applications to meet organizational needs
• Coordinate project design and implementation of new features and upgrades to existing systems
• Analyze current business practices and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and workflow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Project Management; or an Associate's Degree in IT and 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing projects and complex software applications, including client service and web-based applications
• Proficient in desktop business applications, particularly MS Office 365, MS Project, and MS Visio
• Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices
• Understanding of HIPAA/HITECH regulations regarding privacy and data security
