IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to implement and optimize business systems while supporting NetSuite and its integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional owner for NetSuite, supporting various business needs
• Lead full project lifecycle activities for ERP and business systems, including requirements gathering and deployment
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend scalable system solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NetSuite in a functional admin, analyst, or consultant capacity
• Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes such as P2P, O2C, and AP/AR
• Proficiency in Power BI for data modeling and dashboard design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and technical teams
