IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Intermediate or Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Support authentication and customer account access across web and mobile applications
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements, creating context and data flow diagrams
• Analyze application behavior to identify issues and assess dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related discipline, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications
• Completion of a technical training program may substitute for some experience
