IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Systems Analyst will support software programs across clinical and business functions, providing analysis, system implementation, and integration while managing small- to mid-sized projects.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer software issues and respond to requests for improvements and enhancements
• Research and validate requirements by collaborating with customers and acting as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas
• Assist in the implementation of a new patient call light system and provide on-call support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with two years of business analysis experience
• Experience designing nurse call systems, including wiring, functionality, and programming
• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling installation practices and troubleshooting programmed systems
• Basic networking knowledge and understanding of nurse call system operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access programs
