IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with IT and business teams, the contract IT Systems Analyst Senior will design, build, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning sessions and manage team needs by creating new cards and assigning work
• Assist in preparing for quarterly planning and ensure timely completion of inputs and artifacts
• Support the team in preparing for sprint reviews and documenting business rules and process flows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience may be accepted
• Experience in designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to translate business and technical needs into clear, detailed requirements
