IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital communication initiatives, the remote contract IT Systems Analyst Specialist will design, implement, and maintain digital communication solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand digital communication needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and oversee the development of scalable digital communication solutions that integrate with existing technology infrastructure
• Analyze user engagement metrics and conduct testing to optimize communication strategies and troubleshoot issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell Automation
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Familiarity with Microsoft/Office 365 Administration and Enterprise Application Integration
• Understanding of digital communication trends and best practices
