IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the application team, the full-time IT Systems Analyst will manage the design, implementation, and support of information systems, collaborating with various departments and vendors while providing 24/7 technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate requests for new or modified computer programs to assess feasibility and compatibility with existing systems
• Develop specifications for system changes and coordinate the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of those changes
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for assigned applications across all Nuvance sites

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Information Technology experience or equivalent applicable clinical experience
• Associate Degree preferred
• Experience with system analysis, design, coding, and testing
• Knowledge of change management processes
• Ability to work independently and support all aspects of assigned applications
